Attacking and Defending from Turtle with @Coffee_and.chokes Jamil Vacca

Jamil the host of Perths Coffee and Chokes Open Mats will be conducting a workshop on attacking and defending from the Turtle position.

A lifelong Martial Artist, BJJ Brown Belt from Sustainable Jiu Jitsu and athlete from Gladiator Wrestling, Jamil has a passion for expanding the Perth Grappling community.

In this Gi and No Gi workshop Jamil will adress the turtle position using techniques and mindsets from both his Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling Journey that will cater for all skill levels and sizes.
